Gables Stands
Against Violence |
-
October 14,
2009, 530
freshmen signed
a School Pledge
of Nonviolence
that has become
the Coral Gables
High School
pledge that all
our students
will take a
stand against
violence in
their school and
community.
Click here to see the School Pledge of Nonviolence.
-
Coral Gables
High School has
created a system
where students
can now send
text messages
regarding any
concerns they
may have.
Students will
have the
opportunity to
report a crime
or the
possibility of
one to a
professional at
the school via
text message and
remain
anonymous.
Parents can text
any concerns
they may have as
well.
The number for
this text only
phone is 786-586-0100.
- Violence in
our schools is
unwanted and
intolerable.
Students deserve
a safe learning
environment.
To make our
schools safer,
everyone can and
must pitch in.
What Students
Can Do.
What Parents Can
Do.
