HOW TO INSERT A TABLE OR GRAPH GRID INTO YOUR PAPER

 

You can create your own table or graph directly into your lab paper by inserting a grid. 
Using Microsoft Word, o
n the menu at the top, click on table, then click on insert, and then on table.

A small window appears.  You can choose the number of columns and the number of rows.  You can choose any number of rows and columns, but if you choose 30 columns and 40 rows you will get a grid like graph paper.  If you want to make the boxes in the grid larger, simply put the cursor into one of the boxes and hit enter and all of the boxes in the row will increase in size.  See examples below:
